I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least 48 hours notice. All cancellations must be done through my business phone number which you will gain access to upon booking. Cancellations through social media will not be valid. Guests who do not honor their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
No-show: 100% of the services scheduled
Cancellation under 48 hours: 50% of your services scheduled will be charged
Running late: if you are over 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and a fee of 50% of your services will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
**This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.**

Where are you located?
308 Versailles Road Frankfort, KY 40601
The actual large building that my studio lives in is not a hair salon. There are a few businesses that are located in there as well.
Can I bring my children with me?
There are chemicals + sharp objects which is a safety hazard, so please refrain from bringing children.
How many stylists work at your salon?
It's just me! Remember, I am in a salon studio which basically means just one big room.
Where do I park?
There is a parking lot in the front and back of the building. You will come through the front door.
Do you offer amenities?
Absolutely! I have a wide variety of beverages and snacks, iPhone chargers, your choice of music, and an individualized experience.
